The roof is covered with Certainteed Shingles, painted cedar trims, all siding is
grade a no. 1 cedar shingles, the 1860 part of the house has gingerbread trim
along the eves and the 2000 addition does not as we left it for the new owners to
decide wether or not they wanted gingerbread, there is a concrete open porch on
the first level around the South and East side with roof, porch poles, banisters,
two sets of concrete steps, new metal steps on both sides of the turret leading
down to the patio, new metal steps from the East Porch, new metal steps from
the North front door and recent raised aggregate 550 sqft patio connecting to old
340 sqft garage floor further enlarging the patio
