The yard is approximately 4.5 acres, followed by 3.5 acres of wood and then a 2
acre equipment are next to the first field. In addition to all of the buildings and
bins, the yard contain numerous trees. Approximately 20 large oak trees with two
have three foot diameters plus, 4 large black walnut trees one with a three foot
diameter base, many more black walnut trees from the road all the way back to
the equipment yard, 3 large evergreens plus many smaller, 2 medium catalpa tree
plus many seedlings plus many other species. Altogether a rare remaining grove
of special trees.
